To make an appointment call or text Lauren Brooker on her mobile 07515 913606, (or chat to her at the Yateley Gym). She will arrange a time slot to fit in with either herself or her assistant Becky, and inform you of the room location (at Yateley Gym).

On your first massage you will be asked to fill in a PAR-Q form to make sure Lauren has any necessary medical details she and Becky need to be aware of.  All of this information will be kept confidential.

WITH ALL THE SATURDAY & SUNDAY GAMES COMING UP THIS WILL DEFINATELY AID YOUR RECOVERY, HELP WITH THOSE ACHES & PAINS, & MOST IMPORTLY PREVENT INJURY!
